新入职护士临床带教教师教学行为及影响因素分析

The clinical teaching behaviors and its influencing factors of clinical nursing instructors in Lanzhou

摘要: 目的 了解兰州市三级医院新入职护士临床带教教师的教学行为情况及其影响因素,为开展新入职护士师资培训提供参考。方法 采用自行编制的一般资料调查表和临床教学行为量表调查兰州市9所三级医院的1 754名新入职护士临床带教教师。结果 新入职护士临床带教教师的临床教学行为得分为(98.14±12.28)分,得分率为85.3%;影响临床带教教师教学行为的主要因素包括婚姻状况、教学知识培训、讲课比赛经历、科研经历、职业认同情况,可解释总变量的37.3%。结论 临床带教教师对新入职护士临床带教中的教学行为的自评较好,但在表示关心与支持、营造学习氛围方面还需进一步加强。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the teaching behaviors for new nurses and its influencing factors of clinical nursing instructors in Lanzhou. Methods The Clinical Teaching Behavior Inventory(CTBI-23) was used to investigate the teaching behaviors among 1 754 clinical nursing instructors from 9 tertiary hospitals in Lanzhou. Results The total score of clinical teaching behaviors of nursing instructors was(98.14±12.28) with a score percentage of 85.3%. The main influencing factors of clinical teaching behaviors included marital status,training of teaching knowledge,experience of teaching competition,experience of scientific research,and professional identity,accounting for 37.3% of total variance. Conclusion Clinical instructors have better self-evaluation on the teaching behaviors for new nurses. However,it needs to be further strengthened in showing concern and support for new nurses and creating learning atmosphere.
