Experience and enlightenment of the training workshop of Nordic critical care simulation facilitator
The Nordic SAFER Medical Simulation Center aims to ensure patient safety and improve medical quality，and has developed the SimBegin Emergency and Critical Care Simulation Teacher Certification Course and promoted it globally. This article takes the SimBegin Emergency and Critical Care Simulation Mentor Training Workshop as an example to comprehensively introduce the course objectives，teaching content and design，course implementation and assessment methods. Based on the experience and insights of the trainees participating in the workshop，suggestions are proposed to provide inspiration and reference for the training and professional development of nursing simulation mentors in China.
