Objective To develop Digital Health across the Lifespan Course for foreign medical students in China and explore its implementation effects. Methods Based on Tyler’s curriculum model and social constructivism，Digital Health across the Lifespan Course was developed by literature analysis，student investigation，and expert consultation. A total of 25 students attended the course. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate students’ understanding of the course knowledge and confidence in applying digital health. Evaluation of students’ satisfaction with the course and analysis of students’ learning experience were conducted. Results The pass rate（≥60 points） of the course was 96%. After course implementation，students’ knowledge understanding and confidence levels were higher than baseline（P<0.05）. Students’ satisfaction with the course was relatively high. Thematic analysis revealed that students had a good learning experience and achieved the learning goals，reflecting the educational effects of the course. Conclusion The design of Digital Health across the Lifespan Course for foreign medical students in China is relatively scientific and reasonable，which can broaden students’ knowledge and horizons in promoting the application of digital health in health management across the lifespan.
