Exploration of the comprehensive education of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification” for nursing major in higher vocational colleges
Integrating education through “Job-Course-Competition-Certification” is a crucial approach to optimize the talent training system in vocational education,to strengthen the development of vocational education types,and to improve the quality of talent cultivation. This article based on the fundamental connotations of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification”,comprehensively analyzed the challenges currently faced by higher vocational nursing major in implementing the “Job-Course-Competition-Certification” integrated education model. It also considered implementation strategies for this integrated model in higher vocational nursing education. It aimed to provide references for enhancing the adaptability of vocational nursing education,accelerating the construction of a modern vocational nursing education system,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational nursing education in China in the new era.
