Abstract

Shared decision-making is a crucial embodiment of "patient-centered care" and an important approach to realize "value-based health care". The three-talk model is a framework that guide the implementation of shared decision-making in clinical settings. This article provides a comprehensive review of the main content and current application status of the three-talk model，and offers prospects for its future development，aiming to provide references for the promotion and application of the three-talk model in the nursing field，thereby driving the advancement of research in the field of shared decision-making.
