Research progress on influencing factors and improving strategies for home based physical activity compliance among cancer survivors
Physical activity can improve the activity endurance, reduce the risk of recurrence, improve the prognosis of cancer, and enhance the quality of life of cancer survivors. However, the patient compliance is not good in the actual intervention. This paper systematically reviewed compliance and related studies of physical activity interventions in cancer survivors at home, including the evaluation methods, influencing factors and improving strategies, and put forward strategies to improve adherence. Hopefully, this paper will provide reference for nursing practice in home physical activity intervention of cancer survivors.
