Summary of the best evidence of unilateral spatial neglect screening and early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients
Objective To summarize the evidence of screening and early rehabilitation nursing in patients with unilateral spatial neglect（USN） after stroke. Methods Relevant guidelines，evidence summary，systematic evaluation and expert consensus on screening，evaluation and rehabilitation management of USN were searched in BMJ，JBI，UpToDate，PubMed， Cochrane Library，CNKI，Wanfang Database, Chinese biomedical literature and other databases. According to the literature type, appropriate evaluation tools were selected to evaluate the quality of the included literature and classify the level of evidence. Results A total of 10 literatures were included in this study, including 5 guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 3 systematic evaluation, and 1 clinical decision making. Twenty pieces of evidence were summarized into four aspects, including USN screening and evaluation, rehabilitation nursing, health education and follow-up. Conclusion USN screening should be actively carried out, professional rehabilitation team should be established, and rehabilitation training and nursing programs should be formulated for patients in the best rehabilitation opportunity, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients.
