Development of the clinical practice training system of TCM nursing for undergraduates in TCM universities

Abstract

Objective To establish the clinical practice training system of TCM nursing for undergraduates in TCM universities. Methods Through literature review and group discussion,the items of clinical training system of TCM nursing were preliminarily designed. Two rounds of expert letter consultation among 20 TCM nursing experts were conducted. Results The effective rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 80%（16/20）and 100%（16/16）,the authoritative coefficients was 0.87,and the Kendall’s W coordination coefficients were（0.143~0.182） and （0.135~0.175）. The final training system consisted of 4 first-level items（training objectives,training contents,evaluation and insurance system）,14 second-level items and 62 third-level items. Conclusion The TCM nursing clinical practice training system for undergraduates in TCM universities is reliable and scientific. It can provide references for cultivation of clinical practice of nursing undergraduates.
