Research management system and developmental strategies of academic personnel of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau
This article introduces the research management system of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau,including the composition of the college’s teaching and research team,research project management system,research quality assurance mechanism. This article lists the development strategies to promote the growth of the academic ability of the teaching and research team,and to build nursing majors which can provide reference of teaching and research team to improve research level for similar colleges.
