Strategies to improve evidence-based practice ability of nurses
Evidence-based practice is one of the core abilities of nurses. Cultivating and improving the evidence-based competence of nurses is the developmental trend of nursing education. However,there are still huge challenges in the implementation and use of evidence-based practice among nurses,and nurses’ evidence-based practice ability needs to be further improved. The purpose of this article is to summarize and report of the evidence-based training experience of nurses in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University,and to propose strategies for training nurses’ evidence-based practice ability. Hopefully we can provide a reference for conducting evidence-based training for nurses.
