Abstract

This article summarizes the definition of the interprofessional shared decision-making model(IP-SDM),the three levels that affect the medical environment, macro, meso, micro levels, and the application of IP-SDM in nursing decision-making practice. This paper suggests that nursing scholars in our country can consider enriching the contents and forms of nursing core courses and building a cross-professional team led by specialist nurses based on the IP-SDM.
