The status and influencing factors of mindful agency of nursing undergraduates during distance teaching
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of mindful agency of nursing undergraduates during distance teaching. Methods The general information questionnaire,the mindful agency scale,the online learning environment scale and the college students' hardiness scale were used to investigate 459 nursing undergraduates who had received online teaching for one week in a medical school. Results The total scores of mindful agency,online learning environment and hardiness of college nursing students were 70（65,76）,71（66,81）,and 67（56,78）,respectively. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the online learning environment and hardiness entered the regression equation,explaining 39.70% of the total variation of mindful agency of nursing undergraduates. Conclusion The mindful agency of undergraduate nursing students is at a medium level. It is recommended that nursing educators should strengthen the construction of the network environment and the education of students' hardiness to promote mindful agency of nursing undergraduates.
