The correlation between social capital and pressure of nursing interns in a vocational college
Objective To understand the social capital,stress status and the correlation between social capital and stress of nursing interns. Methods Six of the 2019 internship classes in a vocational and technical college in hunan province were randomly selected. The general data questionnaire,Pressure Source Questionaire and Social Capital Questionnaire were selected,and 278 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The stress score of nursing interns was(97.12±23.89) and the social capital score was(19.21±2.48). The total score of social capital and the scores of each dimension(P<0.05). Conclusion The interns are encouraged to integrate social resources and coordinate social relations by participating in various activities,accumulate rich social capital,and adjust the pressure level by mobilizing their own social network resources when facing pressure.
