摘要

目的了解肿瘤科护士对肿瘤患者提供灵性照护的自我评价现状。方法将日本版灵性照护评估量表进行翻译、修订,便利选取银川市3所三级甲等医院肿瘤科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和中文版灵性照护评估量表调查。结果 211名肿瘤科护士灵性照护总得分为（76.74±14.36）分,不同护理工作年限和学历的护士灵性照护得分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论肿瘤科护士提供的灵性照护为中等水平,应该根据不同护士的年限及学历采取不同的干预措施,以提高肿瘤科护士的灵性照护水平。

Abstract

Objective To know the self-evaluation of spiritual care by oncology nurses themselves. Methods The Japanese version of Spiritual Care Assessment Scale was translated into Chinese revision. Totally 211 oncology nurses were selected by convenience sampling. The nurses were asked to complete general information questionnaire and Chinese revision Spiritual Care Assessment Scale. Results The total scores for spiritual caring was 76.74±14.36. Nurses with different working years and educational background had significantly different spiritual caring score（P<0.05）. Conclusion The spiritual caring provided by the nurse is in the middle level. Different interventions should be taken referring to working years and educational background of different nurses to improve their spiritual level.
