目的 探讨胸腔闭式引流规范化护理方案的应用效果。方法 成立胸腔闭式引流护理质控小组,根据临床中的问题持续改进护理措施,逐步形成胸腔闭式引流规范化的护理方案。对护士进行培训并在临床中落实该方案,比较实施前（2015年1月—2016年10月的416例患者）和实施后（2016年11月—2018年7月的385例患者）胸腔闭式引流的护理质量。结果 实施规范化护理方案后,无缝线松脱、引流管脱落和扭转的问题,患者引流管固定合格率、敷贴性皮肤损伤率和健康知识知晓率优于实施前（P<0.05）。结论 胸腔闭式引流规范化护理方案能有效解决问题,提高胸腔闭式引流的护理质量。

Objective To explore the effects of standardized nursing program for patients with closed thoracic drainage. Methods The closed thoracic drainage quality control group was established and care of drainage tube was continuously improved according to the clinical problems. Therefore,a standardized nursing program for patients with closed thoracic drainage was gradually formed. Nurses were trained according to this program. The drainage nursing qualities between pre-implementation group（416 patients from January 2015 to October 2016） and post-implementation group（385 patients from November 2016 to July 2018）were compared. Results After the implementation of standardized nursing program,the rate of loose line,rate of drainage tube dropping off,rate of drainage tube fix,skin integrity,and knowledge were all significantly improved when compared with those before the program（P<0.05）. Conclusion The standardized nursing program can solve the problems and effectively improve the care quality of chest drainage tube.
