该文通过介绍和分析澳大利亚护理学博士研究生培养模式的现状和特点,包括其护理学博士学位的特点、招生要求、申请流程、培养方式、考核方式和论文评审方式等,提出了对我国护理学博士培养模式的建议和启示。

Abstract

This paper introduces and analyses the doctoral programs for nurses in Australia,including the characteristics of doctoral degree in nursing,enrollment requirements,application processes,training mode,assessment and thesis examination,and provides recommendations of the development of nursing doctoral programs in China.
