目的 深入了解肺癌患者康复过程中存在的困扰,为肺癌支持照护提供参考。 方法 对15例肺癌患者采用半结构式深入访谈,应用内容分析法整理访谈资料。结果 提取肺癌患者康复困扰的5个主题:专业支持获取不足、症状管理的技能缺乏、情绪自我调适不足、家庭支持的依赖与顾忌、同伴支持获取受限。 结论 肺癌患者康复过程中尚存在较多问题,而加强肺癌支持照护需多方的共同努力,包括医务人员及相关卫生部门提供专业的信息支持,患者家庭、病友及医务人员共同提供的持续心理社会支持,以及患者自我支持技能的提升。

Objective To explore the queries about cancer rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 lung cancer patients and traditional content analysis approach was used to analyze the interview data. Results Five main themes emerged from the data including insufficient professional support,lack of symptom management skills,inadequate self-adjustment of emotions,being dependent on family and guilty for the family,and limited access to peer support. Conclusion Lung cancer patients have quite a number of problems during their rehabilitation process. Adequate efforts are needed to establish lung cancer supportive care system,including reliable professional information support from medical staff,continuous psychosocial support from patients’ family members,other patients and medical staff,and improvement of self-care ability.
