摘要

将以团队为基础的学习应用于临床护士静脉治疗护理安全培训中,主要包括3个阶段:第1阶段为课前自学;第2阶段为课中教学,包括依次进行个人测试、问题讨论、教师精讲、操作练习;第3阶段为课后知识应用,包括成果展示、成果评价和归纳总结。以团队为基础的学习能够优化培训细节,改善培训体验,强调多元化能力培养,满足临床护理需求,适合在临床护士培训中推广。

Abstract

Team-based learning was applied in intravenous treatment safety training for clinical nurses. It mainly included three stages:the first stage was self-study before class including grouping of nurses and preparation of nurses;the second stage was in-class teaching,which covered individual test,problem discussions,lecture and practice;the third stage was knowledge application after class,including demonstration,evaluation,and summary. Team-based learning can optimize training and improve training experience and emphasize the cultivation of diversified abilities to meet the clinical needs. PBL can be promoted for training of clinical nurses.
