摘要

目的在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者康复过程中使用八段锦进行干预,探讨其应用效果。方法选择2016年12月—2017年12月在医院住院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者作为研究对象,在患者出院后给予健身气功八段锦干预,每日1次,每次30 min,持续1年;并选择2015年6月—2016年11月在医院住院的50例患者作为对照。分别于干预后第6个月及第12个月对两组患者肺功能、血气分析结果及呼吸困难程度进行比较。结果干预后第6个月及12个月,试验组患者各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论健身气功八段锦训练可有效延缓患者肺功能恶化,改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者呼吸困难症状。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of Ba DuanJin on clinical outcomes of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods Patients with stable COPD when hospitalized from December 2016 to December 2017 were recruited. Those patients were intervened with Ba DuanJin once per day for a year after discharge. Each Ba DuanJin exercise lasted for 30 minutes. Another 50 patients when hospitalized from June 2015 to November 2016 were assigned to the control group. Pulmonary functions，results of blood gas analysis，and dyspnea were compared between the Ba DuanJin group and the control group at 6 months and 12 months. Results After 6-month and 12-month intervention，patients in the interventional group had significantly better clinical outcomes than those in the control gorup（P<0.01）. Conclusion Ba DuanJin can effectively improve pulmonary function and reduce dyspnea symptoms among stable COPD patients.
