目的 探讨婴儿培养箱清洁消毒微视频在新生儿护士培训中的效果。方法 组建研究团队制作婴儿培养箱清洁消毒微视频,并选取某三级甲等儿童医院新生儿疾病诊疗中心126名护士作为研究对象,建立微信群,进行微视频培训。在培训结束后,对护士进行婴儿培养箱清洁消毒的理论知识与实践操作考核,比较培训前后护士考核成绩、婴儿培养箱清洁卫生质量。 结果 护士对微视频培训学习参与性和积极性高。微视频培训后,新生儿疾病诊疗中心护士理论和实践考核成绩优于培训前,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05﹚;婴儿培养箱清洁卫生质量优于培训前,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05﹚。结论 微视频培训能够提高护士理论水平和操作能力,激发学习兴趣,有助于提高护理培训效果。

Objective To evaluate the effects of infant incubator cleaning and disinfection micro-video on training of neonatal nurses. Methods A research team was formed to develop a micro video regarding infant incubator clearning and disinfedion. A total of 126 nurses from the neonatal disease center of a tertiary children’s hospital were selected. WeChat groups were established to carry out micro-video training. At the end of the training,nurses were assessed on the knowledge and practical operation of cleaning and disinfection of infant incubator. Nurse’s examination performance before and after the training and the cleaning quality of the infant incubator were compared. Results The nurses’ learning attitude was very active and they were highly involved in the micro-video training. After the micro-video training,the performances both in examination and practical operations of nurses in were better than those before the training（P<0.05）. The cleanliness and hygiene quality of infant incubator were better than those before the training（P<0.05）. Conclusion Micro-video training can improve the knowledge level and operational ability of nurses,stimulate learning interest,and improve the effects of nursing training.
