为了提高护理学实践教学质量,泰山医学院护理学院构建了以人文关怀为主线贯穿4个实践教学平台,致力于培养护理专业学生的临床实践能力、评判性思维能力、自主学习能力、创新能力和自我发展能力5种能力的护理学本科实践教学体系,取得了良好效果,可为我国护理学本科实践教学提供参考。

To improve the quality of nursing practice teaching system,we have constructed the nursing practice teaching system for the undergraduate students. The system focus on humanistic care and have four practice platforms. It aimed to cultivate the clinical practice ability,critical thinking ability,self-learning ability,innovation ability,and self-developed ability. The nursing practice teaching system developed received good feedback from students and can be a reference for other universities.
