该文对《护理学类教学质量国家标准》中关于中医院校护理专业本科教育培养目标、教学模式、师资队伍、条件设施、保障机制等方面的内容和要求进行解读。提出深入转变教育思想理念,坚持建设目标及问题导向,对标审视专业建设短板,创新优化人才培养模式,切实加强师资队伍建设,重视培育专业特色优势,不断改进和提升人才培养质量,是实施《护理学类教学质量国家标准》的重要途径。

This article interpreted the supplementary standards for universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） from the following aspects：training objectives，educational model，academic staff，facilities，and guarantee mechanism. Implementing this standard into practice contains some elements including transforming education philosophy，insisting on goal?oriented and problem?oriented，realizing the weakness，innovating and optimizing cultivation system，strengthening the faculty construction，valuing and cultivating the distinct advantage of TCM nursing discipline，constantly improving the quality of TCM nursing education.
