目的 调查护理专业本科生自主学习能力现状，并分析一般自我效能感和评判性思维对学生自主学习能力的影响。 方法 采用自主学习能力问卷、一般自我效能感问卷和评判性思维倾向量表，对193名护理专业本科生进行问卷调查。 结果 学生自主学习能力总分为（106.79±11.82）分；一般自我效能感为（2.52±0.44）分；评判性思维总分为（285.94±31.78）分。一般自我效能感、求知欲、系统化能力和评判性思维的自信心是自主学习能力的影响因素。 结论 一般自我效能感和评判性思维影响护理专业本科生的自主学习能力，应针对这些因素进行引导和培养，以提高学生的自主学习能力。
Objective To investigate the level of self-directed learning ability among undergraduate nursing students， and to analyze the relationship among general self-efficacy， critical thinking and self-directed learning. Methods Totally 193 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with the Self-directed Learning Questionnaire， General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES） and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version（CTDI-CV）. Results The total scores of self-directed learning，general self-efficacy and critical thinking were（106.79±11.82），（2.52±0.44） and（285.94±31.78），respectively. Self-efficacy， inquisitiveness， systematicity and critical thinking self-confidence were influence factors of self-directed learning. Conclusion Self-efficacy and critical thinking affect nursing students’ self-directed learning ability. It is suggested to promote students’ self-directed learning by enhancing their self-efficacy and critical thinking.
