目的 了解烧伤科护士负性工作情感体验和应对方法,提出相应解决对策。 方法 对67名烧伤科护士进行访谈,用Claizzi资料分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 烧伤科护士负性工作情感体验中提炼出3个主题:工作压力大、心理负荷重、工作环境紧张,护士对负性情绪的应对方法局限。结论 护理管理者应重视烧伤科护理人员的情感,合理配置护理人力资源,创造和谐的工作环境,以稳定护理队伍。
Objective To investigate work related negative emotional experience and coping strategies among nurses in burn units. Methods Sixty-seven nurses in burn units were invited to participate in the interview. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi?蒺s analysis method. Results Three themes of work related negative emotional experience were extracted,including heavy job pressure,mental stress and stressful working atmosphere. The nurses?蒺 coping strategies against negative emotions were limited. Conclusion Nursing administrators should pay more attention to nurses?蒺 emotional experience,improve nurse staffing and create a harmonious working environment to stabilize nurse team in burn units.
