目的 探讨在外科护理案例教学中用退休护士作为标准化病人的方法及效果。方法 对退休护士进行标准化病人的培训和选拔,编制外科急腹症案例,用退休护士作为标准化病人进行案例教学。结果 学生认为该模式能提高实践技能(71.7%)、知识掌握(61.7%)和学习自觉性(60.0%)。学生全部通过考核,≥80分者85.0%。 结论 在案例教学中用退休护士作为标准化病人的教学效果较好,并可发挥退休护士的职业优势。
Objective To evaluate the effects of applying standardized patient acted by retired nurses in case-based learning in the course of Surgical Nursing. Methods The retired nurses were trained to act standardized patients with acute abdominal disease in the case-based learning. Results Most students reported that this teaching method promoted their practical ability(71.7%),mastery of knowledge(61.7%) and learning initiative(60.0%). All students passed the exam and 85.0% got a score higher than 80 points. Conclusion The retired nurses acting standardized patient achieves good teaching outcomes in case-based learning. Moreover,this practice can make full use of the advantage of retired nurses.
