摘要

为应对智慧养老行业复合型人才短缺问题,依托教育部“养老育幼”协作共同体资源,创新构建智慧养老微专业。基于协同治理理论,通过目标共商、平台共筑、资源共享、成果共聚、模式共建,构建覆盖智能照护、康复护理等六大核心能力的课程体系。通过课程资源建设、组建跨院校跨专业师资队伍、搭建虚实结合的实训平台建立实践体系,实现330名学生跨校培养,学生复合能力提升、技能竞赛获奖。

Abstract

To address the shortage of interdisciplinary talents in the smart elderly care industry,this study innovatively developed a Smart Elderly Care micro-program by leveraging resources from the “Collaborative Community for Elderly and Childcare Education” of Ministry of Education. Guided by collaborative governance theory,the program employed a “Five Co-construction” of model—co-goal setting,co-platform building,resource sharing,outcome integration,and model co-design to establish a competency-based curriculum. The curriculum covered six core domains,including intelligent care and rehabilitation nursing. Through curriculum resource development,cross-institutional and interdisciplinary faculty collaboration,and the establishment of a hybrid virtual-physical training platform,the program has fostered interdisciplinary training for 330 students across multiple institutions,significantly enhancing their performance in skills competitions.
