目的 探讨在思维与沟通课程中融入文化能力提升方案的路径，并评估其对提升护理专业本科生跨文化沟通能力的效果。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年1月于安徽省某高校参与思维与沟通课程学习的三年级护理学本科生为研究对象。通过投掷硬币的方法根据班级将学生随机分为试验组（n=68）和对照组（n=71）。试验组采用基于Campinha-Bacote文化能力模型的文化能力提升方案开展教学，对照组采用传统教学。比较两组干预前后文化能力和沟通能力的得分。结果 干预后，试验组和对照组文化能力得分分别为（69.19±6.28）分和（66.21±5.72）分，沟通能力得分分别为（90.82±9.25）分和（86.37±9.13）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在护理学本科生中实施基于Campinha-Bacote文化能力模型的文化能力干预有助于提升学生的跨文化沟通能力。

Objective To explore the path of integrating cultural competence intervention programs into Thinking and Communication course，and evaluate their effect in enhancing cross-cultural communication skills among nursing undergraduate students. Methods From September 2023 to January 2024，third-year nursing undergraduates who participated in the course of Thinking and Communication in a university of Anhui Province，were selected as the participants. Students were randomly divided into experimental group（n=68） and control group（n=71）. The experimental group was intervened with the cultural competence intervention program，while the control group was undertaken the traditional teaching. The scores of cultural competence and communication competence were compared in two groups before and after intervention. Results The score of cultural competence in the experimental group and the control group was（69.19±6.28） and（66.21±5.72），respectively，after the intervention，which difference reached statistically significant（P<0.05）. The score of communication competence in the experimental group and the control group was（90.82±9.25） and（86.37±9.13），respectively，and the difference was also statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The cultural competence intervention based on Campinha-Bacote Cultural Competence Model can effectively improve nursing undergraduates’ cultural competence and communication competence.
