虚拟仿真实训基地建设是护理职业教育高质量发展的需求，也是推动实训教学改革的关键举措。针对目前虚拟仿真实训基地建设中存在的问题，立足于全生命周期健康服务理念，明确基地建设的基本原则，从实训项目重构、环境建设、资源开发、团队建设、运行机制入手，探索护理专业虚拟仿真实训基地的建设路径，为职业教育高质量发展提供参考。

The construction of virtual simulation training base is the demand for high-quality development of vocational nursing education，and it is also a key measure to promote the reform of practical training teaching. In view of the problems existing in the construction of the virtual simulation training base and based on the concept of health service in the whole life cycle，this study clarified the basic principles of base construction，including the aspects of training project reconstruction，environmental construction，resource development，team building，and operation mechanism. Besides，the construction path of the virtual simulation training base for nursing professionals was explored. The aim is to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
