“岗课赛证”融通视域下的活页式教材建设是推进职业教育高质量发展的内在诉求和重要举措。该文在厘清“岗课赛证”融通视域下职业教育活页式教材开发基本要求的基础上，通过明确教材建设定位、组建多元创新团队、明确教材建设的基本思路、重设教材模块体系、确定情境化活页内容、开发多样化数字化资源，开展了高职《常用护理与照护综合实训》活页式教材建设工作，取得了良好的建设成果与成效，可为推动护理职业教育高质量教材建设、深化教育教学改革提供参考。

The development of loose-leaf textbooks from the perspective of integrating“Job- Course-Competition-Certificate”is an inherent requirement and crucial measure for advancing the high-quality development of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the fundamental requirements for developing loose-leaf textbooks in vocational education within this integrated framework，this paper outlined the efforts made in constructing a loose-leaf textbook for the Common Nursing and Nursing Comprehensive Training course in higher vocational education. These efforts included clarifying the orientation of textbook development，forming a diverse and innovative team，clarifying the fundamental approach for textbook development，redesigning the textbook module system，determining contextualized loose-leaf content，and developing diversified digital resources. The project has achieved remarkable results and outcomes，which can provide reference for promoting high-quality textbook development and deepening educational and teaching reforms in nursing vocational education.
