摘要

推行由高级实践护士（advanced practice nurses，APN）开展的高级护理实践对于优化资源配置、提供个性化护理服务、强化跨学科协作和患者系统化管理、提升护理人员专业水平乃至促进医院整体发展等具有重要意义。江苏省中医院以Brown高级护理实践框架为依据，从环境、角色要求、实践内容和结局评价构建由APN主导的胃癌患者高级护理实践模式。经过3年临床实践，取得良好成效，可为我国APN的使用与单病种高级护理实践的开展提供一定的参考。

Abstract

Implementing advanced nursing practice conducted by advanced practice nurses（APNs） holds significant importance for optimizing resource allocation，providing personalized nursing services，enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration and systematic patient management，elevating the professional expertise of nursing staff，as well as promoting the overall development of hospitals. Based on the Brown framework for advanced nursing practice，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province has established an APN-led advanced nursing practice model for gastric cancer care，encompassing environmental considerations，role requirements，and practical content. After clinical practice and outcome evaluation，positive results have been achieved，providing valuable references for the utilization of APNs and the implementation of advanced nursing practice in China.
