目的 探讨心律失常相关心脏传导系统动画在护理临床心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2024年3月在广西医科大学第一附属医院心内科实习的广西医科大学护理学院2019级、2020级护理专业本科生共83名作为研究对象。其中2019级实习生40名，为对照组，2020级实习生43名，为试验组。试验组应用心律失常相关心脏传导系统动画进行心律失常心电图的教学和心电图判读实践，对照组采用传统教学方法进行心律失常心电图的教学和心电图判读实践。以两组的心律失常心电图判读正确率及教学满意度为评价指标评价教学效果。结果 心律失常心电图判读方面，试验组总正确率高于对照组（χ²=39.459，P<0.001）。同时，试验组的教学满意度各方面及总体满意度均高于对照组（P<0.001）。结论 将心律失常相关心脏传导系统动画应用于心电图的教学有助于护理本科实习生理解心律失常发生的原理，从而提升判读正确率，提升教学满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of a teaching method for arrhythmia ECG by using arrhythmia-related cardiac conduction system animation. Methods A total of 83 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2019 and 2020 of Guangxi Medical University interning in cardiology department from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the control group（40 cases from grade 2019） and the experimental group（43 cases from grade 2020）. The experimental group was taught by the method for arrhythmia ECG by using arrhythmia-related cardiac conduction system animation design，while the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods. The accuracy of arrhythmia ECG and teaching satisfaction was compared between two groups as evaluation indicators of the clinical teaching. Results The accuracy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（χ²=39.459，P<0.001）. The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in all dimensions，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.001）. Conclusion The teaching method of arrhythmia-related cardiac conduction system animation design is helpful for the understanding of the principles of arrhythmia in nursing students，and the accuracy of interpretation and teaching satisfaction.
