Translation and validation of the Chinese version of Insulin Treatment Self-Management Scale
目的 对胰岛素治疗自我管理量表（Insulin Treatment Self-Management Scale，IT-SMS）进行汉化，并检验中文版IT-SMS信效度，为中国糖尿病患者提供胰岛素治疗自我管理的科学评估工具。方法 采用Brislin翻译模式将源IT-SMS翻译成中文版，经跨文化调试、预调查，形成中文版IT-SMS。2023年10月—2024年3月，采用一般资料调查表、中文版IT-SMS，对便利选取的于上海市某三级甲等医院内分泌科门诊就诊或住院的糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者进行问卷调查，以评价中文版IT-SMS的信效度。结果 中文版IT-SMS包含行为（8个条目）、认知（10个条目）、情绪（8个条目）、态度（5个条目）4个维度，共31个条目。全体一致量表水平的内容效度指数为0.974，条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000；经探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子，累计方差贡献率为59.902%。中文版IT-SMS的总Cronbach’s α系数为0.928，重测信度系数为0.883，折半信度系数为0.763；各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.873~0.919，重测信度系数为0.819~0.875，折半信度系数为0.858~0.923。结论 中文版IT-SMS具有良好的信度和效度，适用于中国糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗自我管理水平的评估。

Objective To translate the Insulin Treatment Self-Management Scale（IT-SMS） into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in the Chinese context，providing a scientific assessment tool for self-management of insulin therapy among diabetic patients in China. Methods The original IT-SMS was translated into Chinese using the Brislin translation model. Following cross-cultural adaptation and a pilot survey，the Chinese version of the IT-SMS was developed. From October 2023 to March 2024，a questionnaire survey was conducted using a general demographic questionnaire and the Chinese IT-SMS among diabetic patients undergoing insulin therapy who were conveniently sampled from the endocrinology department of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai. Reliability and validity of the Chinese IT-SMS were assessed. Results The Chinese version of the IT-SMS contained 31 items in four dimensions，namely，behavior（8 items），cognition（10 items），emotion（8 items），and attitude（5 items）. The I-CVI of the scale was 0.833-1.000，and the S-CVI was 0.974. Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 59.902%. The total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the Chinese version of IT-SMS was 0.928，the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.883，and split-half reliability coefficient was 0.763. For the four dimensions，Cronbach’s α coefficients ranged from 0.873 to 0.919，test-retest reliability coefficients from 0.819 to 0.875，and split-half reliability coefficients from 0.858 to 0.923. Conclusion The Chinese version of IT-SMS has good reliability and validity，and is applicable to the evaluation of insulin treatment self-management among Chinese diabetic patients.
