目的 系统评价中文版血液透析患者饮食营养认知行为评估工具的测量属性及相关研究的方法学质量。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL数据库，获取与中文版血液透析患者饮食营养认知行为评估工具相关的研究，检索时限为建库至2024年6月17日。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选及资料提取，按照健康测量工具选择的共识标准对纳入评估工具的测量属性及相关研究的方法学质量进行评价，并形成最终推荐意见。 结果 共纳入10项研究，涉及10种中文版血液透析患者饮食营养认知行为评估工具，均未评价评估工具的假设检验、跨文化效度、测量误差及反应度。因有高质量证据证明维持性血液透析患者营养知信行问卷的内容效度、内部一致性为“充分”，该评估工具为A级推荐工具，其余评估工具均为B级推荐工具。 结论 中文版血液透析患者饮食营养认知行为评估工具多样，整体质量存在差异，仅维持性血液透析患者营养知信行问卷可暂被推荐使用，其余工具在多个测量属性上有待进一步验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the measurement properties and methodological quality of relevant studies of the Chinese version of the assessment tool for cognitive behavior of diet and nutrition among hemodialysis patients. Methods Databases were systematically searched，including CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，Web of Science，Cochrane Library，Embase，and CINAHL. Time limit was set from the inception of the database to June 17，2024. After that，two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data. The measurement properties and methodological quality of the included assessment tools were evaluated using the Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments（COSMIN），and final recommendations were formed. Results A total of 10 studies were included，involving 10 different assessment tools for cognitive behavior of diet and nutrition among hemodialysis patients. None of the tools has evaluated their hypothesis testing，cross-cultural validity，measurement error，or responsiveness. Due to high-quality evidence demonstrating that the content validity and internal consistency，the Nutritional Knowledge，Attitude，and Behaviour Questionnaire for Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients were rated as “adequate” which was recommended as Grade A. The other nine assessment tools were recommended as Grade B. Conclusion There are a number of Chinese versions of assessment tools for cognitive behavior of diet and nutrition among hemodialysis patients，with varying overall quality. Among them，the Nutritional Knowledge，Attitude，and Behaviour Questionnaire for Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients can be tentatively recommended for use，while the remaining tools require further validation in multiple measurement properties.
