摘要

基础照护概念框架（Fundamentals of Care Framework，FOC）作为一种理论基础和实践指南，立足于实现以患者为中心的照护目标，从护患关系、整合性照护、照护环境3个层面出发，在推动高质量基础护理发展方面具有指导性作用。该文介绍了FOC的主要内容、相关要素的测量、指导其应用的理论方法及其在护理教育、临床护理和护理管理中的具体应用，以为FOC在我国护理领域中的发展应用提供参考。

Abstract

The fundamentals of care framework（FOC），as a theoretical foundation and practice guideline，is based on realizing the goal of patient-centered care，and plays a guiding role in promoting the development of high-quality primary care from the perspective of three dimensions：nurse-patient relationship，integrative care，and care environment. This article introduces the main content of FOC，the measurement of related elements，the theoretical methods guiding its application，and its application in nursing education，clinical care，and nursing management，in order to provide a reference for the development and application of FOC in the field of nursing in China.
