湖北医药学院护理学专业于2021年获批国家级一流本科专业建设点。该文从修订人才培养方案、强化师资队伍建设、构筑四维育人体系、创筑多元教学及其评价模式方面报告湖北医药学院护理专业建设经验，旨在为地方高校护理学专业建设提供借鉴，助力推进护理教育高质量发展。

The nursing specialty of Hubei University of Medicine was approved as a national first-class undergraduate specialty construction site in 2021. This study reported the experience of constructing nursing specialty from the aspects of revising the talent training program，strengthening the construction of the teaching team，constructing the four-dimensional education system，and creating multiple teaching and its evaluation model. The aim is to provide a reference for the construction of nursing specialty in local universities and colleges，and to promote the high-quality development of nursing education.
