摘要

“岗课赛证”融合育人是培养高素质技术技能人才的有效模式，是推进新时代职业教育高速高质量发展的重要举措。亳州职业技术学院立足地方特色、把握护理专业特点，深入探索“岗课赛证”综合育人内涵，通过思政引领育人、优化课程结构与资源、优化师资队伍建设、推进“岗课赛证”融通、实施多元综合考评，持续推进“岗课赛证”综合育人，可为“一专多能”的复合型护理人才培养提供借鉴。

Abstract

The integration of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification” in education is an effective model for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents，and a significant measure to promote the rapid and high-quality development of vocational education in the new era. Based on local characteristics and grasping the features of nursing major，Bozhou Vocational and Technical College has deeply explored the comprehensive educational connotations of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification”. Through ideological and political guidance in education，optimizing the curriculum structure and resources，strengthening the construction of teaching staffs，promoting the integration of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification”，and implementing diversified comprehensive evaluation，the college has continuously advanced the comprehensive education model of “Job-Course-Competition-Certification”，therefore，providing a reference for cultivating composite nursing talents with “specialized knowledge and multiple abilities”.
