摘要

目的 通过系统回顾和综合老年人迁移至养老机构经历的质性研究，为有效预防老年人在向养老机构迁移过程中的迁移应激反应及老年人适应养老机构生活提供循证依据。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL数据库中与老年人迁移至养老机构经历相关的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2023年5月。由2名研究人员独立地进行文献筛选、资料提取，并对纳入文章进行质量评价。采用汇集性整合方法进行整合。结果 共纳入9篇研究，质量评价结果均为B，提炼出34个可信度为明确的研究结果，形成8个新的类别，综合为4个整合结果:老年人经历养老机构迁移的原因和态度；老年人经历养老机构迁移带来的影响；老年人经历养老机构迁移的应对方式；老年人经历养老机构迁移的支持需求。结论 老年人迁移至养老机构的原因多样，对迁移至养老机构的态度不一，在迁移过程中会有应激反应，并采取不同方式进行调适，呈现多样性支持需求。养老机构及相关单位人员应全面了解老年人迁移至养老机构经历，为制订针对性的措施以帮助有迁移需求的老年人顺利适应养老机构生活提供参考。

Abstract

Objective To provide an evidence-based basis for nursing staffs to effectively prevent the elderly’s migration stress and help them adapt to living in a nursing institution by systematically reviewing and synthesizing qualitative studies of the elderly’s migration experience. Methods Qualitative researches on the experience of elderly migration to nursing institution for the aged were retrieved from CNKI、VIP、Wangfang Data，SinoMed，Web of Science，PubMed，Embase and CINAHL. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 2023. The selection，extraction and integration process were conducted independently by two researchers，and the quality of the included articles were evaluated. Meta-integration was carried out by aggregating integration method for qualitative data integration. Results A total of nine studies were included，all of which were rated B in quality evaluation. Thirty-four research results with clear credibility were extracted and eight new categories were formed，which were integrated into four integrated results:the reasons for the elderly to migrate to nursing institutions and their attitudes towards migration；experiencing the impact of relocation to nursing home；the coping style of the elderly during the relocation of nursing home；the needs of the elderly after moving to the nursing home. Conclusion There are various reasons that elderly people migrate to nursing home，and their attitudes toward migration vary. During the migration process，they may experience stress reactions and adopt different ways of adjustment，and present diverse support needs. Managers and nursing staffs of nursing home should have comprehensive understanding of the experience of elderly people moving to pension institutions，and provide a reference perspective to help elderly people with relocation needs adapt to life in pension institutions smoothly.
