目的 了解四川省民族地区育龄期女性生活质量现状，探讨社会支持水平对其影响。方法 于2023年1月—5月采用便利抽样法，选取四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州若尔盖县、茂县、壤塘县393名育龄期女性为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、生活质量量表及社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果 民族地区393名育龄期女性生活质量总分为（102.94±9.85）分；社会支持总分为（34.39±5.78）分，社会支持是四川省民族地区育龄期女性生活质量的影响因素，可解释生活质量总变异的43.5%。结论 四川省民族地区育龄期女性生活质量及社会支持处于中等水平，社会支持水平正向影响其生活质量。可通过提升民族地区育龄期女性社会支持水平来改善其生活质量。

Objective To understand the current situation of the quality of life of women of childbearing age in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province，and to explore the impact of social support levels on it. Methods A total of 393 women of childbearing age were selected from three counties in Aba Prefecture，Sichuan Province，namely Ruoergai County，Mao County and Zamthang County，by convenient sampling method from January 2023 to May 2023. The general questionnaire，the MOS item Short From health survey（SF-36） and the Social Support Rate Scale（SSRS） were used to investigate. Results The total score of quality of life for women of childbearing age in ethnic regions was（102.94±9.85）；The total score of social support was（34.39±5.78）. Hierarchical Multiple Regression showed that social support was the factor affecting the quality of life of women of childbearing age in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan Province，accounting for 43.5% of the total variation. Conclusion The quality of life and social support of women of childbearing age in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan Province are at a moderate level，and the level of social support positively affects their quality of life. In addition，improving the social support level of women of childbearing age in ethnic minority areas can improve their quality of life.
