摘要

越来越多的学者关注到ICU转出患者发生慢性疼痛的情况。但由于慢性疼痛病因复杂，研究人群差异大，因此对慢性疼痛的研究还在不断探索中。该文通过对ICU转出患者相关慢性疼痛（Chronic ICU-related Pain，CIRP）的研究进行综述，包括CIRP概念、发生现状、相关影响因素及干预现状，以帮助医护人员更好地认识ICU转出患者慢性疼痛的问题，为探索有效干预措施提供参考，从而减少ICU转出患者CIRP的发生，改善患者生存质量。

Abstract

Chronic pain is common in ICU transfer patients，but due to its complex causes，chronic pain is still constantly being exploring. This paper reviews the research progress of ICU transfer patients related chronic pain （Chronic ICU-related Pain，CIRP），including chronic pain concept，occurrence status，relevant influencing factors，and intervention status，with the aim of helping medical staffs better understand the chronic pain problem，and providing reference to explore effective interventions，so as to reduce the occurrence of patients’ CIRP and improve their quality of life.
