摘要

ChatGPT（Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer）是一种基于对话的人工智能大语言模型，其发展将为护理领域各方面带来便利，但也伴随出现错误、偏见、隐私等质疑与挑战。该文分析了ChatGPT在护理领域中的应用前景、挑战与对策，旨在为人工智能大语言模型应用于我国护理教育、护理研究和临床护理领域中提供参考。

Abstract

ChatGPT （Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer），as a large language model of artificial intelligence （AI） based on dialogue，has gained strong momentum in its development. It is likely to offer conveniences to nursing field，but with it comes questions about ethics，prejudice，privacy and other aspects. This paper aims to collect the related articles in the research field of ChatGPT as well as their application data in the nursing field，and summarize the condition of applied research and potential risks of ChatGPT in combination with nursing related scenes，so as to provide reference for the application of AI products in nursing education，nursing research and clinical nursing in China.
