摘要

袋鼠式护理已经在新生儿中广泛应用，但在新生儿外科术后应用尚在探索阶段。该文从实施者、适用对象、实施要点、安全保障方面对外科术后新生儿袋鼠式护理的应用现状进行综述；归纳了该方法在稳定生命体征、预防感染、促进伤口愈合、降低意外拔管的风险、缓解疼痛、加快胃肠功能恢复、促进神经系统发育等方面的效果；分析了其在外科领域应用中面临的挑战，为开展相关临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

Kangaroo mother care has been widely applied in neonates，though its application after neonatal surgery is still in the exploratory stage. This paper reviewed the application status of kangaroo mother care after neonatal surgery from the aspects of implementers，applicable objects，implementation points and security guarantee. The effects of stabilizing vital signs，preventing infection，promoting wound healing，reducing the risk of accidental extubation，relieving pain，accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function and promoting the development of nervous system were summarized. Besides，this paper analyzed the challenges faced by kangaroo mother care in the surgical field，and provided reference for relevant clinical practice.
