目的 探讨口腔刺激对早产儿经口喂养的影响。 方法 2012年1~12月收住我科的早产儿115例，随机分成试验组57例和对照组58例。对照组给予体位支持等常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上每天给予口腔刺激按摩，观察记录两组早产儿开始经口喂养时间、达到完全经口喂养时间、恢复至出生体重时间及住院天数的情况。 结果 试验组开始经口喂养和达到完全经口喂养的时间均早于对照组（P＜0.01），恢复至出生体重时间明显优于对照组（P＜0.01），住院天数少于对照组（P＜0.01）。 结论 口腔刺激能够促进早产儿经口喂养，使达到完全肠内营养时间缩短，体重增长加快，住院时间缩短。

Objective To evaluate the effect of oral stimulation on oral feeding in premature infants. Methods
Totally 115 premature infants were randomly divided into two groups. The 58 infants in the control group received routine care. In addition，the 57 infants in the experimental group received oral stimulation once a day. The initial time of oral feeding，the time of full oral feeding，the time of body weight regain and the hospital stay were recorded. Results The initial time of oral feeding，the time of full oral feeding，the time of body weight regain and the hospital day in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P<0.01）. Conclusion Oral stimulation can promote the oral feeding of premature infants，shorten the time of full oral feeding，accelerate the growth of body weight and shorten the hospital stay.
