摘要

该文针对当前劳动教育实践中面临的与专业融合的难点问题，根据新时代护理专业劳动教育内涵要求，将劳动教育分为劳动理论课程、通识劳动实践和专业劳动实践，并细化专业劳动实践为课程劳动教育、科研劳动教育和社会劳动实践，详细介绍了开展劳动教育的目标、方案、准备、实施和体会，对培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质护理人才具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract

This paper focused on the difficult issues of integrating labor education with the profession in the current practice of labor education. Based on the connotation of labor education in the nursing profession in the new era，labor education is divided into labor theory courses，general labor practice，and professional labor practice. Moreover，professional labor practice is further divided into curriculum labor education，scientific research labor education，and social service labor practice. Through detailed introduction to the goals，plans，preparations，implementation，and experiences of carrying out labor education，this paper aims to assist the cultivation of high-quality nursing talents with all round development in morality，intelligence，physique，aesthetics，and labor.
