基于教育部对全日制和非全日制研究生培养要坚持统一标准、保证同等质量的原则，该研究通过整合问卷调查、文本资料和关键知情人访谈资料，从招生情况、培养方案的各项要素，以及具体教学安排等方面，全面分析非全日制护理硕士专业学位研究生培养的现状及存在问题，并提出发展建议。建议解决非全日制研究生招生指标问题，限定报读条件，明确规定临床专科轮科实习的临床实践基地，规范要求临床专科实习的时长及内容，保证学位论文质量。建议工作单位在学生学习时间上给予一定的支持，主要用于理论课程上课、临床实习（包括跨单位临床实习），以及学位论文工作等，以保证培养质量。

Based on the principles of adhering to unifing standards and ensuring equal quality of the full-time and part-time graduate educational programs，this study comprehensively analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the part-time master of nursing（professional degree） educational programs from the number of students recruited，the various elements of the training programs，and the specific teaching arrangements，by integrating the results of questionnaire surveys，text materials and interviews with key informants. The development suggestions included expanding the recruitment scale of students，limiting the admission conditions，specifying the requirements of clinical practice base for clinical specialty rotation，standardizing the duration and content of clinical specialist internships，and ensuring the quality of thesis. Besides，employers were suggested to support the students regarding their study time arrangements for theoretical courses，clinical practicum including cross-unit clinical training，and thesis work，so as to ensure the quality of education.
