摘要

目的 界定糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的概念。 方法 系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、中国知网、维普数据、万方数据、中国生物医学数据等数据库，应用Walker and Avant概念分析框架，从概念定义、概念属性、前因、后果、测评工具等方面对心理性胰岛素抵抗进行分析。 结果 共纳入心理性胰岛素抵抗相关文献89篇。糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗包括消极的心理、错误的认知、无力的应对三方面属性；前置因素包括患者相关因素、胰岛素治疗相关因素、支持性相关因素。 结论 通过Walker and Avant概念分析方法，明确糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的概念，能够帮助医护人员提高认识，更易识别心理性胰岛素抵抗，为研究者深入开展相关研究提供参考。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and define the concept of psychological insulin resistance in diabetic patients by Walker and Avant conceptual analysis method. Methods We systematically searched PubMed，Cochrane Library，Web of Science，Embase，CINAHL, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang，CBM and other databases. Walker and Avant conceptual analysis framework was applied to analyze psychological insulin resistance in terms of concept definition，concept attributes，antecedents，consequences and assessment tools. Results A total of 89 literatures related to psychological insulin resistance were included. Psychological insulin resistance in patients with diabetes included three attributes：negative psychology，misperceptions，and inadequate coping. The antecedents factors included patients-related factors，factors related to insulin treatment，and supportive factors. Conclusion Clarifying the concept of psychological insulin resistance in diabetic patients through the Walker and Avant conceptual analysis method can help medical staffs raise awareness and identify psychological insulin resistance more easily. In addition，it can provide reference for researchers to conduct further related studies.
