摘要

脚本一致性测试、有声思维在评估学生临床推理能力方面的有效性已得到实践验证，近年来，国外学者探索将二者进行联合应用，为评估学生的临床推理能力提供了新的方法和策略。因此，该文对脚本一致性测试联合有声思维的相关概述、开发与实施过程、应用现状进行介绍，并探讨其对我国评估护理专业学生临床推理能力的启示，以期为优化相关教育教学策略提供参考。

Abstract

As a tool for evaluating clinical reasoning abilities，the effectiveness of script concordance test and thinking aloud in evaluating students’ clinical reasoning ability has been verified. In recent years，foreign scholars have explored the combined application of the two，providing new methods and strategies for evaluating students’ clinical reasoning ability. Therefore，this paper reviewed the overview，development，implementation and application of script concordance test combined with thinking aloud，and discussed its implications for the evaluation of clinical reasoning ability of nursing students，in order to provide reference for optimizing related education and teaching strategies.
