目的 编制胃癌患者照顾者鼻肠管肠内营养照护能力评估量表，并检验其信效度。 方法 根据照顾者技能模型，结合文献研究、半结构式访谈、专家函询和预调查构建初始量表。采用便利抽样法选取2022年4月—9月西安市3所三级甲等医院住院的442名胃癌术后患者照顾者作为调查对象开展问卷调查，并进行项目分析和信效度检验。 结果 最终版量表包括照护认知、照护者素质、照护技能、照护者情绪管理和人际关系及资源利用5个维度，共35个条目。量表水平内容效度指数为0.93，条目水平内容效度指数为0.81~1.00；探索性因子分析结果显示，共提取5个公因子，累计方差贡献率为58.137%；量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.932。结论 本研究构建的胃癌患者照顾者鼻肠管肠内营养照护能力评估量表信效度良好，可为评价胃癌患者照顾者的鼻肠管肠内营养照护能力提供可靠的工具。

Objective To develop the Nasointestinal Tube Enteral Nutrition Care Ability Assessment Scale for Caregivers of Gastric Cancer Patient，and to test its reliability and validity. Methods According to the caregiver skill model，the initial scale was drafted by combining literature research，semi-structured interview，expert letter consultation and pre-survey. From April 2022 to September 2022，convenience sampling of 442 caregivers of gastric cancer patients after surgery in three grade III，class A hospitals in Xi’an were recruited as participants. Questionnaire survey was conducted for item analysis and reliability and validity test. Results The final version of the scale included 35 items in five dimensions，including caregiver cognition，caregiver quality，caregiver skills，caregiver emotion management，interpersonal relationship and resource utilization. The item content validity index was 0.81~1.00 and the scale-level content validity index was 0.93. The total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.932. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Nasointestinal Tube Enteral Nutrition Care Ability Assessment Scale for Caregivers of Gastric Cancer Patient is satisfied，which can provide reference for evaluating the ability of caregivers of gastric cancer to care for nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition.
