目的 汉化护患治疗性沟通量表（Nurse-patient Therapeutic Communication Scale），并检验其信度和效度。方法 量表采用Brislin翻译模型进行直译和回译；通过预调查和Delphi法对量表进行内容效度评定和文化调适；2021年11月—12月便利选取珠海市和深圳市的5所三级甲等医院562名临床护士调查，评价量表信效度。 结果 中文版护患治疗性沟通量表包括48个条目，探索性因子析出护士因素、情境特点、患者因素3个公因子，累积方差贡献率为67.319%。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.846。量表内容效度为0.96。 结论 中文版护患治疗性沟通量表具有科学性和实用性，信效度较好，可评估我国临床护士治疗性沟通能力。

Objective To translate the Nurse-patient Therapeutic Communication Scale into Chinese and examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale. Methods Brislin translation model was used in literal translation and back translation. Delphi method and pilot survey were used for cultural adjustment and revision. From November to December 2021，562 clinical nurses were conveniently recuited from five grade Ⅲ，Grade A hospitals in Zhuhai and Shenzhen to investigate and evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The Chinese scale include 48 items. Findings from the exploratory factor analysis revealed three factors including nurse，situation character and patient，which explained 67.319% of the cumulative variance. Cronbach’s α coefficient for the overall scale was 0.846. The average content validity of the scale was 0.96. Conclusion The Chinese version of Nurse-patient Therapeutic Communication Scale is a scientific and practical instrument with good reliability and validity，which can evaluate the therapeutic communication ability of clinical nurses in China.
