目的 改良迷你临床演练评估量表，使其更适合评估急诊科护士的临床能力。 方法 以迷你临床演练评估为基本架构，通过文献检索、半结构式访谈、课题小组讨论，拟定修订版急诊科护理迷你临床演练评估量表初稿。运用德尔菲法，对22名专家进行2轮专家函询。 结果 2轮专家函询的有效问卷回收率分别为91%（20/22）与100%（20/20），2轮函询专家权威程度分别为0.810和0.895。2轮专家函询后评价项目和专家依据的肯德尔系数（W）分别为0.16、0.12。最终修订版急诊科护理迷你临床演练评估量表建立了6个评价项目，36条参考依据。 结论 急诊科护理迷你临床演练评估量表修订过程严谨，内容贴近急诊科护理工作，可为急诊科护士临床能力的评价提供测评工具。

Objective The Mini-Clinical Examination Exercise was modified to make it more suitable to evaluate the clinical ability of nurses in emergency department. Methods Based on the Mini-Clinical Examination Exercise，the first draft of the revised Mini-Clinical Examination Exercise for emergency department nursing was developed by literature review，semi-structured interview and group discussion. Two rounds of expert letter inquiry（n=22） were conducted by using the Delphi technique. Results The effective recovery rates were 91%（20/22） and 100%（20/20） in the two rounds of expert consultation，and the authority of experts in the two rounds was 0.810 and 0.895 respectively. After two rounds of expert consultation，the Kendal coefficient（W） of the assessment contents was 0.16，and that of the reference basis was 0.12. The final revision of the Mini-Clinical Examination Exercise for emergency nursing included six assessment contents and 36 reference basis. Conclusion The revision process of the Mini-Clinical Examination Exercise in Emergency Department is rigorous，and the content of the scale is close to the nursing work in emergency department，which can provide a measurement tool for the evaluation of clinical ability of emergency nurses.
