摘要

癫痫是一种易反复发作的神经系统疾病。对成年癫痫患者进行自我管理干预有助于改变其行为，以更好管理癫痫发作与治疗。自我管理干预可有效帮助患者以低成本、高效益的方式控制癫痫，并提高其健康相关的生活质量。该文阐述成年癫痫患者自我管理的概念及范畴、现状、测评工具及干预方案，并提出在该患者群体中实施自我管理干预的建议，以期为国内成年癫痫患者自我管理的发展提供参考。

Abstract

Epilepsy is a recurrent neurological disorder. Self-management intervention for adult patients with epilepsy can help them change their behavior to manage seizures and treatment better. Self-management interventions can effectively help patients to control epilepsy in a low-cost，high-benefit way and improve their health-related quality of life. This paper reviewed the concept，current status，assessment tools and interventions of self-management of adult patients with epilepsy. Besides，some suggestions on the implementation of interventions in this group has been put forward，in order to provide reference for development of self-management of adult patients with epilepsy in China.
